We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Despatch Administrator to join our team. This is a vital role supporting day to day operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office. The ideal candidate will be detail focused, professional, and confident in handling a wide range of administrative tasks.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure timely receipting of bought in goods & create associated reports.
- Liaise with suppliers to make shortage claims and resolve invoice queries.
- Filing of documents related to bought in goods & vehicle movements.
- Manage the archiving of old documentation.
- Order uniform for the department.
- Chep/pallet control – placing orders and spreadsheet completion.
- Monthly internal audits to include; glass, fire extinguishers and bay doors.
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers when needed.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
