As a licensed Strata Manager, you will manage relationships with strata council clients and oversee daily operations, maintenance, administrative, and financial responsibilities within your portfolio. Your duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential strata complexes.
  • Prioritising and executing projects and business activities efficiently.
  • Handling projects, emergencies, contracts, and contractors promptly.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, conducting meetings (including some evenings), and documenting minutes accurately.
  • Managing financial aspects such as budgeting, expense analysis, and invoice processing.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid Strata Property Management License or working towards obtaining one.
  • A positive, proactive attitude focused on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage client expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of financial and budget review processes, insurance policies related to strata corporations.
