Associ8 Solutions is seeking a confident Employee Relations & Engagement Specialist to support our regional retail teams and enhance the colleague experience across our stores.

You will provide ER guidance, lead engagement initiatives and coach managers to improve people practices.

Collaborating with HRBPs and store leaders, you will drive culture, wellbeing initiatives and compliant processes while travelling regionally and acting as a proactive partner to managers and colleagues.
