Performance Marketing Lead in Liverpool

As Head of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation's digital acquisition strategy, driving sustainable growth through a range of paid digital channels while ensuring maximum return on marketing investment. Leading a high-performing team, you will work collaboratively across multiple business functions to deliver ambitious growth objectives, improve customer acquisition performance and optimise marketing effectiveness. Key Responsibilities * Develop and deliver the long-term performance marketing strategy aligned to growth objectives. * Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid digital channels. * Manage and optimise significant digital marketing budgets. * Identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency, conversion and overall marketing performance. * Lead channel strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing and Display. * Utilise data, insight and attribution modelling to support investment decisions. * Evaluate new platforms, technologies and acquisition opportunities. * Manage relationships with external agencies and strategic partners. * Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team. * Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support wider commercial and strategic objectives. * Establish clear KPIs, reporting frameworks and performance metrics.
