This is a hands on role where you ll work closely with operational teams, influence senior leaders, and embed robust risk management processes that protect people, reduce incidents, and support long term site performance. About the Role You ll play a key part in developing a more mature safety culture one where colleagues take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of those around them. Working across operations, engineering and project teams, you ll ensure systems, processes and behaviours align with legal requirements and best practice.
