Food Manufacturing | Backshift | Fast-Paced Production Environment Are you an experienced Factory Manager, Production Manager or Shift Manager with a proven track record in food manufacturing? We're looking for a hands-on and driven Backshift Factory Manager to lead a large production operation within a complex, high-volume food manufacturing environment. This is a critical leadership role where you'll be responsible for delivering operational performance, driving standards and ensuring the safe, efficient and profitable running of production. Please note: Food manufacturing experience is essential. Due to the complexity, pace and regulatory requirements of the operation, candidates from non-food environments will not be considered. The Role Reporting into the senior operations team, you'll take full responsibility for the backshift operation, leading production teams to achieve targets across safety, quality, service, people and cost. This is a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly, so we're looking for a leader who can make decisions with confidence, manage operational challenges and continuously drive performance.
