Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional HR Business Partner to support retail operations across multiple regions. This is a pivotal role with significant travel, working closely with store leadership teams to deliver effective people strategies and ensure HR practices align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with retail leadership to drive HR initiatives across diverse locations.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure stores are staffed effectively.
- Implement HR policies and procedures consistently across the business.
- Deliver training and development programs to build capability within retail teams.
- Travel extensively to provide hands‑on support and build strong relationships.
Candidate Profile
- Proven HR experience, ideally within a retail or multi‑site environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex employee relations issues with professionalism.
- Flexibility to travel frequently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English (additional language skills an advantage).
