Qualifications
- Candidates must have certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide, or be in the process of obtaining one
- One year of experience in home or long-term care is preferred
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Support clients with daily needs, taking initiative to assist where needed
- Provide companionship and engagement
- Maintain health and safety at home through high-quality personal care and environmental safety monitoring
- Follow an individualized Plan of Care for activities such as personal hygiene, ambulation and exercise, eating, dressing, bathing, and other duties as assigned
- Shopping, running errands, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team
Hours: Dependent on specific cases; shifts available 24/7 and based on availability. Hours are not guaranteed.
