We are looking for an energetic, outgoing professional who truly enjoys building relationships with clients and their families, caregivers and referral sources.

In this role, you will be the face and voice of our company: the first face our caregivers see and the first voice our clients hear. We would prefer either recruiting or staffing experience within the home care industry.

The Ideal Fit to join our family:

  • Enjoys a fast paced environment - Whether it’s interviewing caregivers or staffing a new client, you’re able to wear multiple hats and have a keen ability to multi-task.
  • Compassionate - In this role you’re dealing with seniors, families and the heart of our company - our caregivers. Having compassion and good communication skills is key. You will spend a majority of your day interacting with our care team and families.
  • Highly attentive and resourceful - Must have the ability to match the right caregiver with a client and able to work with a sense of urgency in identifying staff or hiring when unavailable.
  • Sharp eye for compliance - Ability to track expirations, paperwork, care notes, and ensure all caregivers are up to date.
