Assisting Hands Seacoast NH is looking for a Director of Client Services to join our Seacoast team in Portsmouth, NH. We go beyond caring for basic needs to focus on “adding life to our client’s years.” Here at Assisting Hands, you truly are the heart of our company. In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with our clients and our caregivers to keep our seniors happy and healthy at home. This includes training and supervising caregivers and overseeing client care for Assisting Hands.

Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Advanced Degree, previous office experience, and/or credentialed caregiver preferred

Qualifications: The successful candidate shall possess at least a high school diploma and 2 years of experience supervising personnel or providing personal care services. Position requires excellent interpersonal skills and experience in a long-term healthcare setting. Minimum requirements include at least 1 year of office experience and competency with Office software tools. Office management experience is strongly preferred. Must be detail-oriented, compassionate, have excellent customer service skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
