Shelter Scotland is looking for an inspirational people person to join us as an Assistant Shop Manager in our Tollcross shop in Edinburgh. You will help lead a team of volunteers, deliver excellent customer service and maximise income to support homeless people.
Work closely with the Shop Manager to recruit, train and motivate volunteers, maintain a welcoming shop environment, and represent Shelter in the local community.
