The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Location: Applicants must cover Walsall, Birmingham, Sandwell, Dudley, and South Staffordshire.

Role: Self‑employed Form F Assessor – You will undertake Form F assessments face‑to‑face with prospective foster carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete Form F assessments within the timescale set out in policy and guidance.
  • Visit personal referees identified on the application form.
  • Ensure all checks and references are completed.
  • Provide regular written updates to the supervisor on draft assessments.
  • Coordinate with the administrative team regarding administrative checks and completion of the Form F.
  • Be available for supervision, consultation, or liaison as required.
  • Present completed Form Fs to the virtual fostering panel and support applicants through the process.
  • Follow child protection procedures and report any concerns to a TACT manager, relevant placing authority, and the local authority immediately.
  • Carry out duties in line with Foster Carer and Supervising Social Worker Standards and Practice Guidance.
