Battersea is seeking a pivotal role to lead the ongoing development and implementation of our Supporter Experience strategy, aimed at building loyalty, increasing long-term value and supporting income growth. You will shape supporter journeys across Public Fundraising and the wider Income Generation directorate, embedding supporter-centred approaches with insight, data and technology.
