This is an essential and valued role within the Partnership Management team, as you will work on our largest corporate partnership. Your role will be critical to delivering on our fundraising strategy, retaining long-term support from the private sector and driving growth in your portfolio to help tackle the housing emergency. You will take a lead role in the management and development of one of our high-profile, multi-faceted partnerships specifically the brand partnerships element. You will also line manage direct reports and support the growth of smaller partnerships within our portfolio.

About you
- You’ll need relevant fundraising or commercial business development experience that includes identifying and developing new income-generating opportunities.
- You’ll also need a strong understanding of commercial and financial principles and a proven ability to apply them to improve business performance.
- Great at establishing priorities and developing clear, efficient and logical plans to achieve your goals, monitoring performance and progress against agreed objectives comes naturally to you too.
- Your excellent presentation, pitching and public speaking skills enable you to engage a range of stakeholders and convey ideas succinctly and persuasively.
