Missing Link is recruiting two Female* Crisis House Peer Support Workers for our Mental Health Service in Swindon. These permanent, full-time roles involve 37.5 hours weekly across rotating days, evenings and sleep-ins to meet service needs.

You will deliver person-centered support, develop care plans, and work with a multi-disciplinary team to promote recovery and wellbeing. A driving licence and transport access are essential.
