This flexible, part-time role offers hybrid working, a 4-day-week organisation culture, and the opportunity to support recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and governance across our charity.
We're looking for an organised and proactive HR Admin Officer to support the smooth running of our people processes. Working closely with the Business Manager, you'll provide efficient, accurate and compliant HR administration across the employee and volunteer lifecycle. You'll play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, HR records management, compliance and governance support, helping to create a positive experience for everyone who works with Together Active.
About You
You'll be highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing confidential information. You'll have experience providing administrative support, strong communication skills, and a commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where people feel valued and supported. Experience of HR administration, recruitment processes or governance support would be advantageous.
