Age UK Wandsworth is seeking an administrator to support the Home Together Coordinator and help deliver the Home Together Service as part of the Age Well Together work. The service assists clients at home and in the community to prevent decline, maintain independence and reduce isolation, with befriending, online shopping, and Handyperson support.

You’ll join a friendly, hard-working team; full induction and training are provided, and roles are on-site at the office, day centre, and in the community.
