Security Officer – Luxury Retail | Central London Assist Security Group (ASG) is recruiting professional, confident and customer-focused Security Officers to join our team at a prestigious luxury retail destination in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-profile environment, delivering exceptional security and customer service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Role Details * Location: Central London * Pay: £17.00 per hour (approximately £42,432 per annum) * Hours: 48 hours per week * Contract: Permanent, full-time * Shifts: Rotational shifts, including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays Key Responsibilities * Maintain a professional, welcoming and visible security presence. * Deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment. * Conduct regular security patrols and monitor access points. * Prevent and deter theft, crime and anti-social behaviour. * Respond effectively to incidents, emergencies and security concerns. * Work collaboratively with colleagues and site management. * Complete accurate incident reports and follow security procedures. What We're Looking For * Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard licence (essential). * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Smart, professional appearance and a positive attitude. * Reliability, integrity and strong attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Previous experience in luxury retail, corporate or front-of-house security is desirable. * SIA CCTV licence and first aid qualifications are advantageous.
