Hours: Wed-Sat, During Store Opening Times

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced corporate security officers to join our team at high end Luxury Retail store in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an environment where exceptional customer service and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and ensure their safety and security upon arrival and throughout their visit.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a professional and approachable demeanour.
• Monitor access control, including the use of security scanners (training provided if necessary).
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to uphold the highest standards of excellence.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• Significant experience as a security officer – ideally from a luxury retail / high end sector.
• Experience managing a small team of security officers
• A valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor).
• Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on discretion and professionalism.
• Experience using security scanners is desirable but not essential (training provided).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Able to work Hours: Wed-Sat, During Store Opening Times
• Impeccable personal presentation, reflecting the standards of a high end corporate environment
