Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity in the Logistics Recruitment Sector? Assist Resourcing are looking for an experienced Industrial/Manufacturing Recruitment Consultant in Wigan.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in High Volume Hiring, Administration and Recruitment.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    The list of responsibilities provided is non-exhaustive and you should be flexible and willing to learn new skills as required, but it does give you an idea of what to expect:

    • Utilizing internal systems
    • Ticket Systems (IT requests, Marketing requests, Purchase Order Numbers etc)
    • Payroll Management Systems
    • Time & Attendance Systems
    • Using the telephone for:
    • Contacting applicants to pre-screen them and book interviews
    • Speaking to client department managers
    • Liaising with drivers daily
  • Conducting candidate induction/assessments
  • Pre-screening applicants and ensuring they meet client standards for placement
  • Full Interviews and on-site inductions
  • You should be confident speaking to large groups of people
  • Data collation/reporting
  • Tracking worker attendance
  • Creating Reports and analysing data
  • Reporting back to your management team
  • Meetings/briefings with different client teams (Operations, HR, Health & Safety etc)
  • You should be confident dealing with a variety of people within the Logistics sector, from Warehouse Managers to Warehouse Operatives etc.

    About you:

    If you are:

    • Computer literate
    • Experienced in high volume recruitment
    • Able to plan rotas (taking into account WTD etc)
    • A critical thinker and problem solver
    • Good with people at all levels

    We would like to hear from you. You will also have your own driving licence and transport as some travel between client sites will be required. You will be a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs) and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.
