We are looking for someone who has previous experience in High Volume Hiring, Administration and Recruitment, but there is more detail about the role listed just after we tell you about the benefits of working with us!

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Utilizing internal systems
- Ticket Systems (IT requests, Marketing requests, Purchase Order Numbers etc)
- Payroll Management Systems
- Time & Attendance Systems
- Contacting applicants to pre-screen them and book interviews
- Speaking to client department managers
- Liaising with drivers daily
- Pre-screening applicants and ensuring they meet client standards for placement
- Full Interviews and on-site inductions
- You should be confident speaking to large groups of people
- Tracking worker attendance
- Creating Reports and analysing data
- Reporting back to your management team
You should be confident dealing with a variety of people within the Logistics sector, from Warehouse Managers to Warehouse Operatives.

- Able to plan rotas (taking into account WTD etc)

You will also have your own driving licence and transport as some travel between client sites will be required.
You will be a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs) and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.
