Assist Resourcing are looking for Quality Control Operatives in Tamworth to work with our client, who is a crisp and popcorn manufacturer. You will be required to be on your feet for your 8 hour shift and you must have previous experience working in Quality Control.

Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Quality Control Operative your role will be to ensure all requirements are met as per the site standards in line with BRC, customer standards, legislation & government standards. Driving continuous improvement, ensuring quality and food safety are maintained at all times. Mentoring key operatives through their training programs. To deputise for site Quality Manager as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conducting CCP verifications and quality assurance checks as per the agreed timeframes
- Responsible for all traceability records being completed accurately and on time
- Responsible for maintaining full compliance to testing & calibration scheduled
- Responsible for completion of specific internal audits as per the agreed schedule
- Accountable for reporting ineffective hygiene standards through ATP & allergen swabbing
About you:
You will have previous experience and knowledge of food safety and you are required to have HACCP training to be considered for this position. You must have a good grasp of the English language, and be willing to learn new skills.
