Hours: Various shifts available
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the administrative needs of the Sales, Laboratory and Production teams.
- Process and control sales orders for clients.
- Maintain and update company in-house databases and systems.
- Liaising with customers & sales manager on prices, order requirements and queries.
- Dealing with and responding to emails.
- Assist with maintaining stock levels & monitoring accounts.
- Invoicing and dealing with queries.
- Inputting and managing data in Excel spreadsheets.
- General office duties.
- Booking & managing export shipments to European customers.
This role may require other duties, so it would be beneficial if you were flexible and willing to learn new skills.
Working Hours: Our client is offering a fixed shift pattern working Monday to Friday, so apply today to discuss the hours with our Recruitment team.

You will be able to demonstrate at least 12 months previous experience working in Administration in an office environment. You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
