Assist Resourcing are looking for an experienced Branch Manager in Worcester. We are looking for someone who has previous experience in industrial and manufacturing recruitment management, administration and process. You will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. Our current branch will be closing in February, so we are looking for someone with a good local area knowledge to recommend a new branch location, and build the brand reputation in the area.
As Branch Manager, you will take full ownership of the Worcester branch, driving new business growth, client retention, and branch profitability through a high-performance sales culture. This is a hands-on, revenue-generating role requiring a proven biller who can win new clients, grow accounts, and lead by example, while ensuring operational excellence and compliance in a fast-moving temporary recruitment environment.

Working Hours
Normal working hours would be 9am-5pm Monday to Friday; however flexibility is required for the needs of the business and the clients supported.
