Assist Resourcing are looking for Warehouse Team Leaders in both Widnes and Skelmersdale to work with our client who are a well-known third party logistics supplier. Your training will be completed in Warrington, and your place of work will either be Skelmersdale or Widnes, depending on your selection.

Warehouse Team Leader - the role & responsibilities:
We are looking for a proactive Team Leader who leads by example and can balance leadership duties with active physical participation on the warehouse floor. You will have experience in and be able to:
- Lead a team of up to 30 people
- Lead shift briefings and manage staff performance
- Oversee goods-in, storage, pick accuracy, and dispatch to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction
- Organise daily work plans and ensure proper equipment availability for your shift
- Daily coordination with Transport, Stock Control and Admin teams
This role may require other duties, so it would be beneficial if you were flexible and willing to learn new skills.
About you:
You must have at least 12 months experience working in a similar role. You will possess strong leadership skills and have experience using Warehouse Management Systems and the Microsoft Office Suite. You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
