RI Children Residential Services Homes are based in the Harrow region. Salary - Charged at Daily Rate. ASF Recruitment have an opportunity for an experienced RI for a role based in the Harrow region. This will be overseeing a service in the region. You will also take the responsibility of being the Responsible Individual.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight.
- Ensure that the homes are compliant with all relevant regulatory standards, including Ofsted requirements.
- Implement and maintain high-quality standards of care, ensuring that the well-being and development of each child is prioritized.
- Collaborate with Registered Managers and other staff members to develop and implement effective policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the homes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance, quality, and adherence to safeguarding protocols.
- Support and mentor Registered Managers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Operations/Regional Manager within the children’s residential care sector or an Experienced Registered Manager looking for natural progression.
- Has held an Ofsted Registration and has a proven track record of Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
- A strong understanding of the specific challenges and requirements involved.
