Assist Care Ltd. is recruiting a Residential Support Worker for a 2-bed Children’s Home (EBD) in Coventry. You will provide trauma-informed care and support to children with Emotional and/or Behavioural Difficulties, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Salary sits at £12.50–£13.50 per hour plus a £60 sleep-in, with an annual equivalent approx. £31,700–£33,800. Shifts include 1 on/2 off, 2 on/4 off, and 08:00–20:00 or 20:00–08:00; UK driving licence may be required depending on the role.
