What is the mission?
Be the internal and external champion and guardian for your brands, define and execute the plan to recruit and retain shoppers across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Stewardship & Strategy: Support development of brand repositioning and lead execution. Review and define annual brand communications plans. Lead brand advocacy and understanding across the organization. Input into Portfolio Strategy and Innovation Pipeline via BULs. Act as the voice of consumer in cross functional meetings.
- Brand Communications & Media Management: Design and implement annual marketing and campaign plan, aligned to brand, business and channel objectives, partnering with Digital Marketing Manager on Digital Activation. Partner with Ecom leader to provide content, assortment and insights. Ensure consistent brand experience across all channels. Manage the brand budget effectively, measuring ROI and other KPIs.
- Innovation and Renovation: Input to innovation pipeline aligned with consumer needs and trends, lead concept exploration and development of initiatives. Partner with BULs and sales to sell-in and execute new launches and drive relevant consumer activation. Lead package design and claims to keep brand fresh and relevant.
- Consumer Insights & Analytics: Leverage data and insights to deepen consumer understanding and bring consumer into cross-functional decision-making. Lead market research initiatives (with support from Head of Category). Measure, review and evaluate performance of brand activities, take insights and adapt plans to drive efficiency of ROI (plan, do, review). Develop / measure KPIs to assess short and long term brand health.
