This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading manufacturing business that has seen extensive investment in both plant, equipment, and their facility over the past two years. They are currently looking to recruit a Time Served Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to join their team on a unique continental type shift pattern. The plant is based on continuous process manufacturing consisting of mixing plant, ovens, cutting, and painting equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Work on a unique continental shift pattern of 6-6 days and nights including weekends.
Qualifications:
- Time served with at least two years of experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment.
Compensation:
- The salary for the role is £38,670 plus a 20% shift allowance (£46,404) with the following bonus and package:
- Guaranteed annual service bonus of 2% (pro-rata on joining date)
- 5% Target bonus dependent upon performance of the site paid annually
- 5 weeks holiday plus bank holiday (built into the shift pattern)
- Onsite gym
