The Opportunity
We are looking for a structured and driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Stockport. This role plays a key part in building pipeline by managing both outbound prospecting activity and inbound enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, trade shows, and seminar activity. You will work closely with Marketing and the Senior Sales Team (Key Account Managers) to ensure a consistent flow of qualified meetings into the business. The role is office-based to enable collaboration, coaching, and alignment with the wider commercial function.
The Objective
Your primary goal is simple: Generate and qualify meetings for the Senior Sales Team (Key Account Managers). You will follow a structured daily activity model designed to build pipeline consistently and predictably.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will focus on five core areas:
- LinkedIn Prospecting
- Identify and engage with 30 ideal customer profiles (ICP) per day
- Connect, follow, and warm prospects through structured engagement
- Outbound Email Outreach
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns
- Personalise messaging using approved templates
- Follow a defined cadence strategy
- Phone Follow-Ups
- Call outbound prospects and follow up on marketing-generated leads
- Qualify interest and book meetings
- Confidently introduce the company’s services
- Inbound Lead Management
- Respond promptly to enquiries generated via marketing, trade shows, and seminars
