More about your role

As a Transaction Manager, you will lead and deliver a varied programme of property acquisitions and disposals, ensuring activity is completed in line with business targets, budgets and timescales. You will manage transactions from appraisal through to completion, including valuations, negotiations, contract coordination and resolving issues along the way. You will take ownership of reporting and regulatory requirements, while building strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders such as local authorities, solicitors and surveyors. You will also contribute to financial forecasting, project reporting and market insight, supporting wider investment strategy and helping to drive performance, collaboration and accountability across the team.

  • Proven experience managing property sales and disposals, including private treaty and auction processes
  • Demonstrable experience of negotiating sales and overseeing conveyancing transactions through to completion
  • Strong knowledge of reviewing lease, funding and charge documentation related to property sales
  • Advanced IT skills, including use of Microsoft systems and property or asset management systems
  • Experience managing multiple transactions/projects simultaneously while meeting targets and deadlines
  • Auction experience preferrable but not essential

You are confident managing a varied and fast‑paced workload, making informed decisions using accurate data and your own initiative. You bring strong experience in property transactions and understand the end‑to‑end sales and acquisition process. You are comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies at all times. You take ownership of your work, contribute to team performance and are motivated to deliver the best outcomes while supporting wider business objectives.
