Assetara Limited is an international blockchain and digital-asset investment platform. We are expanding our regional leadership network and are looking for a Director of Ecosystem Development to drive local representation, partner growth, and client support in their region.

Position Overview

The Director of Ecosystem Development represents Assetara Limited in their country of residence, building and leading a local network, ensuring client support, and coordinating promotional activities on behalf of the platform. This is a leadership role with a clear, milestone-based growth path from remote operations toward a funded local office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ecosystem & Network Development: Build, grow, and lead a regional partner and client network for the Assetara ecosystem.
  • Local Representation: Act as the official regional representative, ensuring professional client support and brand consistency.
  • Promotional Activities: Plan and run local promotional and community-building activities using Company-provided marketing materials and digital assets.
  • Client Management: Advise clients professionally, manage administrative processes, and maintain relationships across the network structure.
  • Reporting & CRM: Provide mandatory daily/weekly activity reports and keep the CRM system updated on all pipeline activity.
  • Compliance: Operate in line with Company brand guidelines, confidentiality standards, and applicable local laws.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in business development, network/partner development, or team leadership (crypto, fintech, forex, or investment sectors strongly preferred).
  • Crypto Client Base (Priority): Candidates who already have their own network or database of crypto/finance clients and partners will be given the highest priority.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable and expands your regional reach.
  • Blockchain Knowledge: Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, staking models, and stablecoin/USDT network operations (TRC20 / ERC20 / BEP20 / TON). Mandatory basic training is completed in the first days of engagement.
  • Self-Driven Mindset: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable operating independently with flexible full-time availability.
  • Tech Setup: Reliable remote work setup and familiarity with CRM systems.

Career Plan & Compensation Structure

Remuneration for this role is result-based and directly linked to the Company career plan. There is no unconditional fixed salary: earnings grow as you hit defined network, leadership-rank, and KPI milestones.

  • Performance-linked retainer: A monthly operational retainer that is unlocked by achieving validated KPI and client-activation milestones.
  • Career-plan progression: Fixed remuneration and privileges increase as you advance through leadership ranks and network-structure milestones defined in the Company career plan.
  • Multi-tier referral rewards: Additional income through the Company's automated multi-tier referral system.
  • Local office privilege: Transition from remote work to a funded local office is a leadership bonus, granted upon reaching specific milestones.
  • Covered expenses: Approved office and promotional costs are funded separately by the Company and are not deducted from your retainer.
