Head of IT Systems sought by our client to play a crucial role during their scale phase, spearheading system implementation across their Retail, Wholesale Broking and MGA divisions. Managing multiple vendors, this is a fast-paced role touching every aspect of the organisation.
The ideal candidate will offer significant, hands-on experience of agency management or policy administration platform migrations; ideally including Acturis, though experience with London Market platforms (e.g. DXC, CDL, Applied Epic, Guidewire, SSP) is equally valued.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Programme & Project Management: Own and lead all phases of the Acturis implementation programme including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
- Business Analysis & Systems: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, workflows and data structures to inform platform configuration.
