Our client is a charitable organisation in the middle of a significant digital transformation. They are looking for a Head of Change to lead the people side of that transformation ensuring programmes land well, colleagues are brought with them, and change embeds across the organisation rather than just being delivered at it.
You will lead the organisation-wide change function at a senior level. You will own the change management approach across the transformation portfolio, working closely with digital and technology programmes to ensure the human and organisational dimensions are planned for and delivered, not bolted on at the end.
You will line manage a small, experienced team and, between you, you will be responsible for impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and embedding new ways of working across the organisation.
This is a role for someone who is credible with senior stakeholders, comfortable challenging upwards.
