Experienced Business Intelligence Analyst / BI Analyst sought by insurance sector client to play a crucial role in conceptualising, implementing and managing data-driven processes within the organisation. Proficient in SQL and data visualisation tools (preferably Power BI), the ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, data visualisation, and business intelligence tools, coupled with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools (preferably Power BI) such as Tableau, SSRS, Power BI or similar platforms.
- Insurance Industry experience is required, with an understanding of the language and terminology of the insurance domain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).
