We're looking for a CRM Implementation Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new fundraising CRM platform, from planning through to go-live and adoption. This is a hands-on delivery role: you'll own the project plan, manage stakeholders across fundraising, data, IT and finance, and make sure the system actually gets used once it's live.

You'll need to have done this before, ideally more than once, in a charity or NFP setting where fundraising data and donor relationships sit at the centre of the business case.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning end-to-end delivery of a CRM implementation: scoping, vendor/implementation partner management, migration planning, testing, training and go-live
  • Managing the project plan, budget and risk log, and reporting progress to senior stakeholders and any programme board
  • Working closely with fundraising, supporter care, finance and data teams to translate operational needs into system requirements
  • Leading data migration planning from the legacy system (e.g. Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, Dynamics, ThankQ or similar) into the new platform, working with data leads on cleansing and mapping
  • Coordinating UAT and managing the implementation partner or vendor relationship day to day
