What the role involves:
- You'll be pulling data from a range of digital platforms, cleaning it, and turning it into something useful. That means regular reporting, presenting insights to stakeholders with clear recommendations, and helping the team make better decisions.
- Alongside the analysis work, you'll be involved in onboarding and supporting platform users, contributing to system testing, and picking up helpdesk queries when they land in the team.
- There's an honest split to flag: the role is currently around 60% admin, 40% analysis. That will shift significantly over the next 3-6 months as the team actively reduces the admin burden, with the target being closer to 70% analysis. If you want a role that grows with you quickly, that trajectory is genuine and deliberate.
What you'll need:
- Solid experience in data analysis, ideally within a digital or e-commerce environment.
- Power BI or a comparable BI tool; you need to be comfortable building and presenting reports.
