A well-established, commercially significant organisation headquartered in Leicestershire with excellent motorway access. Despite a lean headcount, the business operates at a scale that belies its size, with significant reach across the UK. The culture is collaborative and purposeful, with real access to senior leadership for those who earn it.
A newly created role with real scope to make a difference. As Business Continuity Resilience Manager, you will play a lead role in strengthening the organisation’s IT security and operational resilience — working hands-on to design and improve frameworks, run exercises, coordinate assurance and support incident response. This is a delivery role, not a figurehead; the expectation is that you will personally write the plans, lead the exercises and carry out the assurance work. You will report into the senior IT leadership team and have visibility at Board level through management reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and continually improve the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework
