Account Executive – European Business London | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus About the Role We're looking for an Account Executive to join our fast-growing Contingency Insurance team in London, supporting our European business — with a particular focus on Italy. Working closely with our lead Business Producer, you'll play a key role in a niche, high-volume corner of the market: event cancellation insurance for music tours and festivals, alongside our wider contingency portfolio. This is a hands-on, hybrid role combining documentation and account handling with a supporting broking function — preparing quote slips and MRC documentation, progressing risks through PPL, and helping the producer approach underwriters and negotiate terms. It's best suited to someone who wants to get stuck in and deliver — not just tick a box on the way to the next job title. Our London team is small, flat in structure, and fast-moving.
