These companies operate in niche markets and focus on supplying Fire Safety services and products and Security Solutions throughout the UK.
Each of the companies have their own unique proposition, supported by the Asset Protection Group to deliver its services to the commercial sector.

We're a growing group of companies in the Fire Life Safety& Security sector with ambitious plans for expansion, and we're looking for our first Talent Manager to lead recruitment across the organisation.
This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to build and shape our talent acquisition strategy, working closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to attract the very best people into the business.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Talent Manager, you'll take ownership of recruitment across all areas of the business, from Engineers and Project Managers through to Sales, Operations and Support functions.
Key responsibilities will include
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding.
- Direct sourcing candidates through Linked In, networking, referrals and proactive headhunting.
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Managing relationships with recruitment agencies and preferred suppliers.
- Negotiating terms and ensuring agencies deliver value and quality candidates.
- Managing job board activity, advertising campaigns and candidate attraction strategies.
- Writing engaging job adverts and improving candidate response rates.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide market insight.
- Developing recruitment processes and helping establish a best-in-class talent function.
- Monitoring recruitment metrics, agency spend and sourcing effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
We're open to recruiters from both agency and internal recruitment backgrounds, although this role would particularly suit an ambitious agency recruiter looking to move into an in-house Talent Acquisition position.
You'll ideally have
- Proven recruitment experience, either agency or in-house.
- Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies across different disciplines.
- The ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.
- Experience using Linked In Recruiter, job boards and recruitment systems.
- A proactive, commercially minded and results-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Experience recruiting within technical, engineering, construction, facilities management or Fire & Security sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
