The Role:
- Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients, guiding them through the entire process from initial enquiry to completion.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their financial circumstances and needs.
- Research and recommend suitable mortgage and protection products with access to whole of market lenders and providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and insurers.
- Ensure all advice is compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Generate new business through referrals and networking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product developments.
What We're Looking For:
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is essential.
