Asset Partners is partnering with a leading private equity fund to secure a Vice President for their Climate Fund in London. The fund is focused on energy transition, sustainable infrastructure, food and agriculture, and green mobility, with a focus on growth-oriented investments.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise direct reports (Associates and Analysts), ensuring the quality, clarity, and accuracy of outputs, while effectively managing and delegating workloads.
- Lead comprehensive diligence processes (financial, commercial, ESG, etc.).
- Monitor portfolio company performance and actively support value creation initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2–7 years of experience in private equity or growth equity post investment banking, or management consulting, with demonstrable deal experience across the full investment lifecycle.
- Strong financial modelling and technical analytical capabilities.
- Strong commercial judgment and strategic thinking.
- Strong academic track record from a top-tier university.
