Private Equity VP / Principal – Nordic Speaker (London)

Asset Partners is the search firm for a mid‑market private equity fund that invests in tech‑enabled companies across Europe. The fund takes a hands‑on approach and works closely with portfolio companies to drive operational and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support deal execution across the full investment lifecycle, including origination, due diligence, financial modelling, and portfolio management.
• Partner closely with management teams of portfolio companies to drive value creation.
• Contribute to the sourcing and evaluation of new investment opportunities.

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in investment banking or consulting, plus growth equity / private equity experience.
• Strong investment judgement with robust diligence and analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative).
• Excellent technical and financial modelling skills.
• Demonstrable experience or clear interest in the client’s core investment sectors.
• Strong academic record – First Class or 2:1 degree (or international equivalent) from a top‑tier university.
• Fluent Nordic language skills (required); other European languages a plus.
• Highly entrepreneurial, resourceful, and independent‑minded.
• Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and drive to succeed.
