Our client, a European Private Equity fund specialising in investments in leading technology companies, is seeking an experienced Principal to join their investment team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to develop and execute investment strategies, and negotiate transactions with target companies.
- Source and take the lead on investment opportunities.
- Monitor portfolio financial performance and work closely with management teams to ensure strategic alignment and growth whilst driving value creation and operational excellence.
- Manage, mentor, and develop junior team members across multiple roles.
- Clear and structured path to partner within the firm.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of investment experience, ideally within growth equity or private equity, with a background in investment banking or consulting.
