Key Responsibilities: Collaborate to develop and execute investment strategies, and negotiate transactions with target companies. Source and take the lead on investment opportunities. Monitor portfolio financial performance and work closely with management teams to ensure strategic alignment and growth whilst driving value creation and operational excellence. Manage, mentor, and develop junior team members across multiple roles. Clear and structured path to partner within the firm. Requirements: 5+ years of investment experience, ideally within growth equity or private equity, with a background in investment banking or consulting. Strong experience within the technology sector is essential. Proven ability to manage and guide junior team members, ensuring high-quality output and development. Exceptional academic background (degree-level education in a relevant field) and a solid foundation of relevant professional experience. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a global, collaborative environment. Extensive transaction experience gained within a top-tier growth equity or private equity firm. Highly ambitious, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated, with strong judgment and the ability to anticipate the needs of the team.
