Asset Partners is mandated exclusively by our client, a mid-market private equity fund based in London. Our client is a pan-European private equity fund investing in tech-enabled companies across a range of sectors. They take a hands-on approach, working closely with portfolio companies to drive operational and strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support deal execution across the full investment lifecycle, including origination, due diligence, financial modelling, and portfolio management.
- Partner closely with management teams of portfolio companies to drive value creation.
- Contribute to the sourcing and evaluation of new investment opportunities.
Qualifications
- 6+ years’ experience in a relevant field – investment banking or consulting, plus growth equity/private equity experience.
- Strong investment judgment with robust diligence and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative).
- Excellent technical and financial modelling skills.
- Demonstrable experience in, or clear interest in, our client’s core investment sectors.
- Strong academic record – First Class or 2:1 degree (or international equivalent) from a top-tier university.
- Highly entrepreneurial, resourceful, and independent-minded.
- Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and drive to succeed.
