Asset Partners is pleased to be mandated exclusively by our client, a mid-market private equity fund based in London. Our client is a pan-European private equity fund investing in tech-enabled companies across a range of sectors. They take a hands-on approach, working closely with portfolio companies to drive operational and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support deal execution across the full investment lifecycle, including origination, due diligence, financial modelling, and portfolio management.
  • Partner closely with management teams of portfolio companies to drive value creation.
  • Contribute to the sourcing and evaluation of new investment opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in a relevant field – investment banking or consulting, plus growth equity/private equity experience.
  • Strong investment judgment with robust diligence and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative).
  • Excellent technical and financial modelling skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in, or clear interest in, our client’s core investment sectors.
  • Strong academic record – First Class or 2:1 degree (or international equivalent) from a top-tier university.
  • Highly entrepreneurial, resourceful, and independent-minded.
  • Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and drive to succeed.
