Asset Partners is currently mandated by a leading venture capital fund in London to appoint an Investor to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of technology sectors in Europe, supporting investments from sourcing through to portfolio management.
Responsibilities
- Idea generation & sourcing: support sourcing activities and originate qualified opportunities
- Research & analysis: deliver deep sector insights and investment theses
- Due diligence & execution: support all stages of transaction execution and deal process
- Portfolio monitoring & reporting: track performance, prepare reporting materials, and contribute to value creation initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2β6 years in venture capital, growth equity, or operational roles with previous investment banking or consulting.
- Skills: strong financial analysis and modelling capability, outstanding written and verbal communication, commercial judgment, and analytical ability
- Personal qualities: collaborative team player, able to work independently, with a positive attitude, integrity, and strong motivation for early-stage investing
- Education: strong academics from a top university (minimum 2:1 degree). A background in computer science, engineering, or a technology-related field is preferred
- Languages: ideally fluent/native in French
