Asset Partners is exclusively mandated by a long-standing pan-European private equity fund that partners with businesses addressing societal and environmental challenges. The firm is looking to add an Associate to its London team as it continues investing across Business Services, Consumer & Leisure, and Industrial sectors.

- The role offers a balanced mix of deal execution, portfolio management, and participation in deal origination.
Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of industry experience in a relevant field (e.g. investment banking, consulting, growth equity, private equity).
- Strong investment judgment, with excellent diligence and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative), including strong financial modelling capabilities.
- Demonstrable experience in and/or a clear interest in the firm’s focus sectors.
- Strong academic track record, with a 1st or 2:1 degree from a top-tier university (or international equivalent).
- Role is a long-term track position.
- European languages are a plus.
- Interest in a purpose-driven approach to investing.
- Highly entrepreneurial, resourceful, and independent-minded.
- Driven by intellectual and business curiosity.
- Growth mindset with a hunger for learning and drive to succeed.
