Our client is a long established and highly respected provider of business lending solutions, supporting SME customers across the UK.
We have an exciting opportunity in our East Kilbride office for a Team Leader who will oversee a team of eight collectors responsible for mitigating losses through effective collection and recoveries strategies.
Responsibilities- The Team Leader will manage the day‑to‑day running of the team, coaching, training, motivating and handling any escalated issues or queries.
- The team will contact customers who are in arrears—from early first‑stage problems through to pre‑litigation—to ensure the best outcome for both the company and the customer, always ensuring that customers are treated fairly and vulnerable customers are recognised.
- We are looking for a strong, proven team leader, ideally from the banking or financial services sector, who can demonstrate the ability to motivate and support others to achieve their goals.
- Collections experience is not essential, but team leadership/management experience is required.
£negotiable – typically up to £50,000 depending on experience, with monthly commission, car allowance and benefits. (Details can be discussed during the interview process.)
